  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 8 hake (medallions)
  • salt
  • 1 tomato (very ripe)
  • 1/2 glass white wine
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • fresh coriander

    Directions

    1. Place the sliced ​​onion and garlic cloves in a large saucepan, sprinkle with olive oil and turn on the heat. When the onion starts to brown, add the hake medallions, season with a little salt, and cover with tomato pieces. Sprinkle with white wine, cover the saucepan, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
