This recipe is amazing! I’ve made it a few times and every time they are perfect. I up the quantity of fish because I like them a little more fishy and I always use left over whole fish that I grilled on the bbq the night before (always making sure I make extra!) I’ve fried them as per recipe and I’ve also cooked them in the oven and both results are alway fantastic. Thanks so much for this fabulous recipe!
