- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 sweet potato (large, about 400g, peeled and cubed)
- 200 grams pistachio nuts (salted, shelled and finely chopped)
- 1 chilli (green bird eye, finely chopped, deseeded if you don’t like things too spicy)
- 1 Tbsp. root ginger (grated)
- 6 garlic cloves (grated)
- 400 grams spinach (baby-leaf)
- 500 mL almond milk
- 75 grams creamed coconut (grated)
- 1 lime (– half juiced, the other half cut into wedges)
- 1 cauliflower (in florets, tough stalk discarded)
- 800 grams skinless white fish (boneless, such as cod or monkfish, cut into large chunks)
- 2 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
