So easy! Dinner ready in 20-25 minutes with ingredients on hand. I used 1# of frozen mixed stir fry veggies to 2# of ground turkey. I might try cutting back on sugar as personal preference; just watching the carbs. Very flavorful with a simple and ingenious sauce. So nourishing.

Great!!! Added fresh broccoli, red peppers, and mushrooms! Instead of ground ginger, I used fresh grated ginger.

Pretty darn good! I helped the turkey stick together a bit by adding an egg and seasoning and mixing it all up before cooking. I used umami seasoning on the turkey and it have it a wonderful flavor. Added mixed Asian vegetables.

Excellent flavor. I didn’t have applesauce so I boiled two small plums and a bit of sugar to make a plum sauce and substituted the applesauce. OMG it really made for a wonderfully tasty sauce for the turkey. I cut up tri-color bell peppers with scallions and cooked them with the turkey. I added broccoli at the end and served over jasmine rice. I can see using the firecracker sauce on many things I’m sure it’s yummy on pork too

Really great. Stir fried veggies and white onion too as I like onion, peppers broccoli and zucchini as that is what I had. (I had no frozen veggies) and added, a little bit of oil and some water after to cook a bit more. Made 1/2 recipe. Mixed spices in with turkey first. Served over Lundberg tri coloured rice Sprinkled some green onions and sesame seeds on top

was so good I would just make the sauce a little larger because I ate this meal with rice and it was a little dry It

This was a pretty good dish. I had all of the ingredients already (except for the green onions) so I was happy to find it. Tip: Make sure you get the ground turkey in its shape a little before cooking the vegetables. I tried to multitask but it took longer than expected.

This is now a regular dish on our menu! If you’re a fan of spicy over sweet, get frank’s EXTRA hot! It gives it that satisfying balance of spicy and sweet. We served it with mexican cauliflower rice (also recommend) and green beans on the side. Yum!

This turned out great! I used Rice vinegar instead of ACV and I used Togarashi instead of the red pepper flake. Also, I used ground chicken instead. I did have to add a bit of water like the recipe said you might. I used HEBs Hot Buffalo sauce, might have been a bit more than I called for lol. I omitted the Broccoli/Cauliflower florets and just served it over cauliflower rice that I seasoned with ground ginger, soy sauce and togarashi. Definently will make this again.

Pretty good. You need more sauce than she says. Wait to add the cornstarch til your vegetable is cooked
