Followed the directions but put it in a small foil tray and on the Traeger next to the pork butt. Just let stand there and do it’s thing for a couple hours. Longer cook time due to lower temp but marinated it every beer or so with its own juice. Have done 4 or 5 now and they are a big hit on a slider with the pulled pork or just with a fork on the side.

It doesn’t matter how ripe the pineapple is when all is done they are sweet and oh so good.
