- 1 yellow onion
- 100 grams tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 300 grams yogurt (I prefer low fat)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1 tsp. sea salt flakes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 handful fresh coriander
