- 1 whole onion (chopped fine)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. patis (Asian markets, or Filipino fish sauce)

- 1 cup green beans (sliced in 1-inch pieces)
- 2 cups napa cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup scallions (garnish, optional)
- 1 lemon juice (lemon)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (a side dipping sauce)
