I've never made this before, but I have made 2 chess pies. I didn't have any second guessing with those as I did with the egg pie. I don't know why but I had what looked like water or something in the pan when i sliced into it. Maybe I didn't let it cool quite enough.

Amazing recipe! Add a twist.. a pinch or 2 of cinnamon and a grahm cracker crust and served with chilled lemon mirage topping. Delicious!!
