- 2 whole anise (pods)
- 1 bay leaf
- chopped cilantro (to serve)
- ketchup (Sriracha)
- 8 Tbsp. ketchup (make your own ketchup with this recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha (make your own Sriracha with this recipe)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (raw organic)
- 2 tsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsp. cilantro leaves (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 tsp. white vinegar (or rice vinegar)
