Absolutely outstanding. As some have said, it’s all about the cut of meat. If you select prime filets, you won’t be disappointed. The filets were so good they really didn’t even need the Parmesan butter.

A lot of the success of this dish is the cut of meat selected, but if you select a good one and grill it well, this butter makes a filet that much better. I even used the extra butter a few days later for Parmesan garlic bread.

Turned out awesome esp. when I wrapped applewood smoked bacon. Super tender and juicy. Will definitely make it again!
