- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. caper brine
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup carrot (grated or julienned)
- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas (cooked, or one 15-ounce can, rinsed and drained)
- 1 Tbsp. liquid aminos
- 15 oz. artichoke hearts (one can, about 8 hearts, rinsed and drained.)
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour (+ 1 tablespoon)
- 1 Tbsp. old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. kelp granules (1/2 to, depending on taste preference)
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
