Liked this one. Thought that the pescatarian diet my doctor prescribed was going to really stink, but this was good.

It was fine but not wow. Also I added lots to give more flavour: lemongrass powder, Laos powder (ginger), fish sauce and Maggi. Made it with cavolo Nero instead of beet greens and milk with Shredded coconut instead of coconut milk.
