    Delicious. Was using up almost overripe figs and using in a fig bar recipe that calls for fig jam. I also skipped the blender and used a potato masher instead. The texture is just right for me. Thanks!
    Super easy and delicious
    This worked well. I didn't even bother to put it in the blender, and it worked great.

    Great reminded me of applesauce. I just had 6 figs cutoff top and bottom then quartered. Not much volume but extremely easy. I put a little more sugar, vanilla and lime juice. Now I will have something for our fig tree to make. The tree is full of them this year.
