The bread was delicious, however it is 45 minutes of baking time alone and many hours of rising time... don’t listen to the prep time here as I have no idea where they got the 25 minutes from (it’s a yeast break after all!). Also the measurement conversions from grams are wrong on Yummly, so do your own conversions online.
