- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (put a can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight and scrape out the solid cream when you open it)
- 1 fig (large brown or black, sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt (high quality, I used Himalayan)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup, depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom (I love the taste of cardamom but if you don’t have any, leave it out, optional)
- 1 coconut (Pure wrap - a thin wrap made with only, available here)
- 2 green figs (small, or one large green fig, chopped in a food processor or by hand)
- 1/2 apple (a peeled, sliced extremely thin, I used the thinnest setting on my mandolin)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 lime (finger)
