  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (put a can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight and scrape out the solid cream when you open it)
  • 1 fig (large brown or black, sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (high quality, I used Himalayan)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup, depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (I love the taste of cardamom but if you don’t have any, leave it out)
  • 1 coconut (Pure wrap - a thin wrap made with only, available here)
  • 2 green figs (small, or one large green fig, chopped in a food processor or by hand)
  • 1/2 apple (a peeled, sliced extremely thin, I used the thinnest setting on my mandolin)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 lime (finger)
