- 1/4 cup gluten free granola (I used Lovegrown foods original GF granola)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
- 1 dash canela
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (or chia seed, optional)
