- 9 dried figs (stems cut off, and quartered)
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Collagen (grassfed, This is completely optional, but does add another protein component. If you don’t have access, simply leave it out – they work either way!)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted, butter should work here too if you like to use that)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
