Great! My husband is picky but this he’ll eat. It is a perfect substitute for regular rice and beans.

Very easy to make -I thought too much chili pepper so I cut it back to 1/2 tsp Other than that it was very tasty

Very delicious! I added 1 can of rotel & green chilies to the pot with the broth to cook in and it added lots of flavor. My favorite quinoa dish I've made by far.

Seems like a work in progress. Not much flavor. Should say Quinoa needs to be rinsed and drained! I had never made quinoa before, and didn't know that. Also says "1 box of quinoa," and my grocery store doesn't sell it in boxes. Thanks to Google, I figured out that 225 grams = 1 cup, but the recipe should say that. I added salt and cayenne because I thought it was quite bland. Finished product was good and very filling!
