We love this! This is one of my husband’s favorites. We eat it with Salmon and Chicken. I add Jalapeño and a bit of olive oil to keep it moist.

It was amazing. So much flavor & a beautiful presentation. I used too much cilantro so I didn't like it at first, but I changed my mind after a few servings. Freezes well.

Super easy and yummy! I added roasted bell pepper and scrambled eggs to add some flavor and protein (and served with a side of homemade guacamole), but otherwise the recipe is perfect!

Added guac, pico de gallo, and chicken and made it into a meal. Family loved it.

It might not be obvious to other people but this sort of dish is something you’d have accompanying a meat based or any other type dish. It’s not similar to eating fried rice on its own.
Overall had nice but gentle flavouring, but not something I would have often.

Delicious! Will definately make it again. Served with soft tortillas and over tortilla chips. Will likely try with grilled chicken next time. Extra lime juice adds to the flavor. 😁

Super simple and easy. Made it as a dinner and was totally filling. I used the juice from an entire lime, and much more cilantro then called for (I love cilantro) and the flavour was amazing. Would recommend!

Water portion for the rice were off. it should be 1.5 cups of water per 1 cup of rice.

Fantastic!!!! I added a little chicken to it but the aroma of the Cilantro and the crispness of the corn created a very interesting and pleasant texture. Very easy to cook for a novice like myself.
