Description
Simple rollup can be made with any type of soft flour tortilla. Try tomato tortillas for a little color. Serve with tortilla chips and bean dip. Also can be used for appetizers.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1 tortilla (10-inch)
- 2 Tbsp. guacamole
- 3 slices ham
- 1 string cheese

Directions
- Spread on side of the tortilla with guacamole. Layer with ham and top with string cheese. Roll tortilla tightly. Set seam side down and cut crosswise into 6 pieces.
- *If making the day ahead, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate before cutting.
