Delicious side dish. I used corn in the can because that is all I had. I am not a huge corn fan but this dish changed my mind. I was worried with the mayo but it really made the dish better.

Children loved it! A bit too much mayo for me but will adjust that next time. Oh we are definitely having Fiesta Corn again! 👌🏾

This is an incredibly easy side dish that will stay on our favorite list all year long. I used fresh corn, the taste was amazing! Took this to serve at a pig roast and it was definitely a big hit!
