Made it with extra chicken...served it over rice with diced avocado and then made enchiladas with the leftovers

It’s a favorite around this house! We put it with some cilantro lime rice as suggested and it’s bomb. I do put the cream cheese in 30 min before cook time is up. It takes a lot of self control to stop eating this! Highly recommend.

Amazing!! I used canned kidney beans instead of black beans and it was delicious! We had it over rice and it’s now a part of our rotation.

My family loved this! I use a regular Ranch packet and then add cumin, coriander and chili powder. I also drain everything and add a can of diced green chilis. We make cilantro lime rice and then make burrito bowls by adding cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and jalapenos. Tastes better than the restaurant!

My husband & I enjoyed this for dinner every night for a week. It reminded us of a Mexican version of Crackpot Chicken.

If you cook it with only this ingredient list, it will be bland, BUT I added the following seasonings: chili, cumin, onion and garlic. And I also put a taco seasoning packet in mine and it tastes soo good! Will make for the Super Bowl next Sunday as a side to dip your tortilla chips in. Could also make a burrito out of it. If your aren’t big on it being soupy, I suggest draining the cans first (or half of it) and then let it cook without the lid for a few near eating time!

Family of 7 and they all loved it, right down to the 2yr old! Next time I'll use the Fajita Ranch Dip instead to give a more authentic flavor.

Takes 4-6 hours not 40 minutes as the recipe summary says! Very delicious though and cheap. Will probably make often!

I will definitely make this again. I added a packet of taco seasoning mix; next time I think Ill add an extra can of rotel with green chillies

I used chicken that still had the bone and skin on. That definitely gave it a better taste.

I used my Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 22 min. Then I quick released the pressure, shredded the chicken and added the cream cheese to melt. I subbed the black beans for pinto beans just as a matter of preference. I served it over brown rice and added tortilla strips as a topping. Very easy and tasty.

it was easy to prep and nice to come home to it hot and ready to eat.
it was just missing something, i think next time ill have chopped chives or scallions to sprinkle over the top, maybe tortilla strips for a crunch.
all in all this will be a remake recipe

Made a 1-hour version of this and it was amazing. I used a full rotisserie chicken and pulled it apart to reduce ready time for the dish. Hit it 40 minutes on high and 20 minutes on low and it was ready to go. I also added the taco sauce after taste testing it first and it accented it perfectly.

Delicious! I made it using the pressure cooker and used a regular ranch packet and added a little bit of taco seasoning. It turned out sooo good! Served it with Spanish rice and blue tortilla chips.

my family of picky eaters loved this. made it in the insta pot and was so easy. i took the chicken out, shredded it, and made tacos adding the beans, corn and tomato from the pot on top. my husband also used the mixture in the pot as a dip for tortilla chips

This turned out great!! I added the cream cheese later as suggested and was perfectly fine. Wish there was a substitute for black beans to help lower the carb count, but other than that this is a go to meal!!

Family loved this. make sure you put the cream cheese in 40 min before end of cook time or else it will curddle.

This came out amazing. Definitely use the fiesta ranch packet, it smelled like Doritos when I poured it in, came out so good. There was way more juice than I was expecting but it kept the chicken moist and juicy. I just left the lid off for a few minutes while it was still on low and cooked off a little of it. Made this for our bible group potluck, quick easy and was able to transport and keep warm in the crockpot. Will definitely make again!

This is not good at all. I don’t get how it got all these stars. It is sooo bland. No flavor at all. Definitely missing something.
