    Needs more salsa to make sure there’s enough in every bite. Can sub any meat for the chicken or leave it out completely.

    Very tasty, the flavor will depend on the salsa you use. I have made this twice now. The second time I used ground beef and baked it in the same skillet I cooked the beef in.
