- 1/2 cup red onion (finely minced)

- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup frozen green peas (or fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. dill (fresh chopped, and extra for garnish)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 pt. heavy cream
