- 2 Meyer lemons
- 1/2 cup butter (pasture, {I use Organic Valley and this})
- 1 1/2 cups parmigiano reggiano cheese (grated raw, from grass-fed cows)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (plus more for pasta water {this is my favorite brand})
- 12 oz. gluten (free fettuccine pasta – or tagliatelle, spaghetti, penne)
- water (Filtered, to fill a large stockpot)
