Extremely good! Pounded breast meat to even it out. My chicken breasts were huge so each one was a serving for 2. So I put 4 sun dried tomato halves in. Stuffed and rolled and wrapped in plastic wrap to be served for dinner. Doing this ahead makes for easy dinner. Served with garden fresh summer squash and zucchini.

It tasted good but trying to tie the chicken was a major task. And the recipe says 20-25 minutes at 400 or until 165-deg inside... took about 45 minutes to reach temp... after I increased the oven temp. Like I said, it tasted good but is not a fix and go recipe... without a mess.

Great. I used freshly grown Swiss Chard in place of spinach and loved the recipe. Quite fast!

This has officially become a ‘Go-To’ recipe for me and mine! Throw a salad together and BOOM! Dinner is served!

This turned out really well. The recipe doesn’t give suggestions for seasoning the chicken itself, but I did salt and pepper the inside prior to adding the spinach and feta. I should have used 3 sun dried tomatoes on the inside rather than 2. I seasoned the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, basil and granulated garlic. Will definitely make again!

Very tasty! Made it as directed (seared first & then finished in oven) except I used fresh tomato slices (didn’t have sun-tomatoes), I added salt & pepper, and I also used toothpicks to hold everything together. I will make this recipe again!

It got really good..my family really liked it. The only thing I did different was I forgot to put the tomatoes in it and I used toothpicks instead of twine to hold it together. I baked it the whole time (instead of searing on the stove) but much longer then the time stated because my chicken was bigger portions. I did broil it for two minutes at the end to brown it. It was really juicy and had great flavor....will make this one again!

I needed something different to try with chicken breasts. I thought this would be worth the try. I should of omitted the sun dried tomatoes. Other than that, it was quite tasty.

Loved this. The feta gave a perfect amount of saltiness and the spinach didnt overpower. Easy and good

Home run! These were amazing and full of flavor, yet so easy to make! I love recipes that go from stovetop to oven in the same pan. Will definitely make again.

This qas delicious! I did make a few changes though. I added fresh diced tomatoes to the inside and seasoned the chicken with only pepper an garlic, without rubbing with olive oil. Also, I did not pan sear the chicken beforehand. I cooked it for about 25-30 minutes on 425 instead of 400.

Super healthy and super yummy! I didn't have feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes at hand when I chose to make this for dinner so I substituted in Canadian white cheddar cheese and fresh cherry tomatoes instead, respectively. I also didn't have any twine so I just skipped the wrapping part. I sprinkled a little bit of Italian seasoning only on the top side of the chicken and in the end, the chicken was perfect and delicious! My family loved it and I loved it too!
