    Really delicious, and really fast

    This is my favorite type of combo for an omelet. The best omelet I've ever had was with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, feta, and cheddar. So simple yet so so good. I adore feta, but I think it pairs especially well with eggs. I actually got my fiancé to start eating feta by putting it in his eggs.

    We had some Feta cheese and cherry tomatoes in the fridge so I decided to make this for breakfast. My flatmate was in a hurry for work and said that he will only take one bite. After tasting the Omelet, he sat down and ate it all!
