- 50 grams feta (Mediterranean Delicacies)
- 1 eggs (lightly beaten)
- thyme
- mint
- parsley
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 spring onions (small, finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup crumbs (I like to use Panko Asian crumbs because they are crispier)
- pepper
- salt
- oil (for frying)
- tzatziki (for dipping)
- lemon wedge (to serve)
