- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 9 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup espresso coffee (or strong coffee)
- 4 Tbsp. dark rum (or 1 teaspoon of rum extract)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (to sprinkle on the bottom and top layers of each tiramisu)
