  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 1 onion (chopped in small pieces)
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 200 milliliters coconut milk
  • curry
  • coriander leaves (a 4/5 score for decoration)
  • 2 sheets gelatin
  • 40 cream (cl. liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons curry paste (good, not too high)
  • 30 grams raisins
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney (chopped)
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 yogurt (natural)
  • tandoori powder
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 grams cream cheese (mint)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 yogurt (stirred)
  • 1 red pepper (baked to remove its skin)
  • 1/2 lemon

    Directions

    1. In a saucepan, heat the oil to brown the onion and then the peeled carrots for 3/4 minutes. Add 3 pinches of curry powder, stir. Then add the stock cube diluted in 1 liter of water. Cook for 25 minutes. Add the coconut milk, the coriander. Leave to cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour the carrots into the blender bowland gradually add only 2/3 liquid, mix for a long time. Complete with cooking liquid if you want your soup less thick (it's up to you to taste) salt if necessary. Reserve in the fridge.
