Came out great. Used 2 whole eggs, not sure if that's why they were a little cakier than biscotti. one batch makes only a few cookies, so I doubled it.

Loved them! We had them for the Christmas season and they made a perfect size treat, tasted great, and looked great... they freeze very well.

I modified the recepy a little bit (used mandarine + lemon cedra instead of the orange, and also used whole eggs instead of whites) but they still taste delicious! Easy to make and not so many ingridients required
