- 3 bread crumbs (tsbp, store bought unseasoned are fine)
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 apple (medium, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 1/2 inches fresh ginger (piece of, peeled and grated)
- 1/2 Orange (a medium)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
