- 16 chocolates (Ferrero Rocher)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 oz. chocolate (chopped, your can use your favorite, dark or milk chocolate)
- 2 cups heavy cream (whipping/)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 5 pieces brownies (OR Ferrero Rocher chocolates)
