- 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fennel fronds (chopped)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 pinch kosher salt (more or less to taste)
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (more or less to taste)
- 1 fennel bulb (large, (or 2 if small), core removed, cut in half, and sliced very thinly, fronds reserved)
- 4 cups purple cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 3 green onions (white and dark green parts, sliced thin)
- 4 strips cooked bacon (sliced or chopped (I use chicken bacon and it's fab!))
