It was really really yummy. replaced some of the broth with white wine, and added some dry fennel seeds at the end as didn't have fennel fronds. cant wait to try again. wonder if it would turn out so yummy if i use oil instead of butter, as mum does not eat butter

This was delicious. We added some squash as well with a little cracked pepper to top it off when serving. Will definitely make again.
