- 1 cup macadamia nuts (soaked overnight, rinsed)

- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. agave (or liquid sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. fennel leaves (finely diced)

- 1 apple (sliced thin, approximately 1/8th-inch thick)
- 2 fennel bulbs (sliced very thin, I used a mandoline)
- 1/2 cup walnuts

Great healthy and delicious salad recipe... my family makes this a special request every summer. I forgot to soak the macadamia nuts and browned them instead and it was perfect
