- 1 cup mixed nuts (I used almonds and cashews)
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, or butter)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or any sugar – optional)
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup dates
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 250 grams feijoa (flesh, this is approximately 10 feijoas)
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt (I used Anchor Greek)
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/2 lime (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. gelatine
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or other alternative sweetener)
