The feel good flapjacks turned out well, I adapted the recipe using 175g of the gluten free oats, 50g of buckwheat and 25g millet. I used some sesame seeds, flax seed and sunflower seeds.
Instead of peanut butter I used cashew nut butter.
Definitely make the flapjacks again, they are great for a snack during the school day.
