- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese (or Parmesan)
- 3 oz. oysters (1 can, smoked, chopped)
- 6 oz. crab meat (1 can, with juices)
- 6 oz. clams (1 can, with juices)
- 5 oz. tilapia fillet (or other white fish, chopped)
- 4 oz. smoked salmon (3 –, flaked)
- 6 oz. shrimp (4 –, peeled, tail off)
- 1/4 cup pancetta (cooked, chopped, or bacon)
