Excellent recipe. I doubled it and added a can of Roma tomatoes and a pound of ground beef. Also tossed in about ½ tsp of Rosemary then reduced it to desired depth of flavor. Thought I’d have at least half of it to freeze but my husband went crazy for it. This is a great one to do up a big batch on a Saturday to freeze. As good as any spaghetti sauce I’ve ever made from scratch. Yummy!

This is our goto recipe for italian sauce. We've made it enough that we can modify it to different styles of cooking. Highly recommend.

It was good . A little too much thyme for my taste . Next time I will cut that down a bit.

Turned out great! Might add a teeny bit more sugar next time, maybe a pinch more of all the spices but easy and quick for a night in

Good very delicious, great I love it! Yum, yum, yum! Gonna use it tonight with my chicken! I can't wait to see how it turns out! I have fresh tomatoes and garlic!
