Loved it. Oiled top of dough, covered with plastic wrap and placed in fridge overnight. Let rise 2-3 hours. Placed pizza stone in oven preheated to 550 while getting toppings ready. Had cooked bacon bites from freezer which had thawed; put in non stick pan with pound of mushrooms roughly chopped, half of red pepper, chopped;half of onion chopped. Cook til mushroom browned and peppers and onions soft; add leftover chicken, sprinkle garlic salt. Remove stone from oven, spread dough on it, cover with cup of tomato sauce with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar , veggies, seasonings, mozzarella. Finished as stated. It was thick so I had to cook 3 minutes more. Didn’t have corn meal( didn’t miss it. Never used molasses in crust before; now I will.
