Perfectly delicious pancakes! Instead of oil and water, I used 4T unsweetened applesauce. I also added 2t cinnamon. The pancakes were light, fluffy and so very good!

Super good! With some little modifications.....I followed the advice to replace half the amount of flour with coconut. I did not add any water really either. And put twice as much the sugar dose (and added some vanilla flavored sugar in it). Fluffy and delicious!

I Was out of everything and stumbled across his recipe trying to escape a trip to the store. I used light brown sugar instead of white sugar and still came out great!
