Excellent & easy! I couldn’t find any pepitas, so I substituted pine nuts and used feta cheese as I’m not a fan of goat cheese. This is a salad that you can totally play with to make it your own. Dressing was really good & I always have the ingredients in my house. Will be making this again & again.
