Big hit even with the non veggie eating folks in my house. This will be a go to for sure!

This was good. If you don’t have an instant pot, be careful on length of time you cook all the ingredients. Some ingredients disintegrated cause we cooked some items (like the lentils too long), so have to add water to thin it out when eating the leftovers, but otherwise it was good.
