Easy, put some sliced mushrooms on and a diced roasted pepper, in to sub for bacon, used 1/2 Swiss cheese, 1/2 cheddar.

First time making quiche and followed the recipe added mushrooms sauteed with onions and spinach, definitely cooked 35-40 minutes moist and tasty! Will make it again!
