Great starter for chicken salad. I used more chicken (approximately 4 cups) 1/3 cup light mayo, 1/3 cup light sour cream. Green tomato relish (family recipe) and a dash of cajun seasoning. Wonderful!

Nice flavor! I used white onion instead of red. I think a hard boiled egg would have really enhanced the flavor! Will be making this again!

Great recipe! I didn’t measure the ingredients exactly, but included everything & played around with the amount of mayo. I made it with rotisserie chicken & it is delicious!

I loved this!! I used Greek yogurt instead of mayo, I feel like what seals the deal with the flavor is the creole seasoning 😋🤤

This chicken salad turned out amazing! Yummy! The only adjustment I made is I added I bit more mayo. I thought about leaving the relish out, but glad I didn't. Seasoning is great. I'll definitely make it again.

Good - I left out the relish; it needs a bit more mayo and some freshly ground pepper. Will make again.

I used sweet pickle relish instead of sweet pepper and shredded rotisserie chicken. Included a pinch of creole seasoning and it's definitely worth the add! Just enough extra punch to jazz it up and make it really tasty.

*****I like this chicken recipe. I omitted the Cajun seasoning and the only other thing I added is sliced black olives.
