- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar (raw)
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)

- wonton skins (vegan)

- 4 shallots (small, sliced thinly)

- 2 cups bok choy (base removed and tough ends chopped into bite-sized pieces, leave dark green tip whole)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (black and white, optional)
