  • salt (as per taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sambhar powder (Optional - you can use any curry powder too)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (To make the pancakes/uttapam)

  • 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (Grated, Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
