Great recipe. Knowing howm uch salt to add for a baseline taste would have helped, i 9ver did it with 1/2 tsp. on a doubled recipe. Otherwise awesome crust!

So easy to make and tastes great.
One recommendation I would make: put the dough on parchment paper, it does tend to stick to pizza pans.

need to adjust ingredients to cover an entire pizza pan, but otherwise it was great.

This came out soooo good! I used about 1/2 cup of almond flour and way more cheese for the toppings and low sodium pepperoni and omg it’s sooo good! This was easy, a little messy with the flour but not bad. Use parchment paper and not foil (even if it’s sprayed), it will help to keep from sticking. Also I just used garlic salt and oregano for the herb mix, came out great!

It's kind of a pain mixing the eggs in, since the eggs came straight out of the fridge and they cooked down the cheese. But I've made this several times now and I'm getting used to how warm the cheese needs to be to mix easily without cooking the egg. Once you get it all figured out, this is a fairly easy recipe that tastes absolutely delicious! I top mine with pepperoni and an assortment of olives, using pesto as the base instead of marinara.

The recipe has a misprint, it’s 1/2 a cup of cheese for the crust. I had to verify at Headbangers Kitchen first because it seemed like a crazy amount of cheese for a crust. I also cooked the crust for 10 minutes because I made it a little thinner and reduce the temperature to 375.

I don’t have a microwave so had to use the stove top on low. My mom Keto boyfriend loved the way the pizza turned out, he requested that I make it again.

we preferred the dough without the egg, amd i added a little garloc powder to the mix but it was delicious, easy and my dad actually preferred that to the digorno i had fixed for he and the kids. :)
