    These bagels are great! The flavor and texture is very pleasing!

    They look like bagels... but this is my first time baking with almond flour so I’m getting used to the new texture. It’s not bad- just very different. I used “everything bagel” topping and made a fried egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. It helps when the bagel is not the main flavor. I’d make these again!

    A little gritty bc I used almond meal/flour instead of just flower- but good flavor for sure
